- Preparation of elementary drawings, wiring diagrams, layout, terminal details of plc, junction boxes and control panel.
- Preparation of bill of quantities of various instruments including plc and control panel
- Final as built drawings of the complete system.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
- Plc system with panel & control panel as per bill of material and any other hardware / software required to complete the job as described under scope of erection & commissioning.
- Control panel for mounting panel mounted instruments.
- Approved as build drawings.
Scope of erection & commissioning
- Erection & commissioning of entire hardware covered under scope of supply.
- Retrofitting and system commissioning of existing dcs (apacs of ecil). Supply of all erection hardware like: wires, lugs, ferrules, cable ties, cable glands etc. Required for retrofitting, are covered in the scope of this tender.
- Internal wiring & termination of all plc i/os from plc rack to terminal blocks and accessories etc. Supply of all outgoing cables (i.e. From control room to field) are excluded from the scope of present tender but termination of all outgoing cables and plc system commissioning is in the scope of present tender.
- Internal wiring and termination of control panel and all panel mounted instruments
- Control logic and hmi development for existing plc i/os and new i/os.
- The operator console has to be placed at different remote places. Successful bidder has to develop a computer network for displaying the plant parameters at different places using fibre optics cable in redundant manner (sketch of proposed computer network shown in annexure-2b). Bidders are advised to visit site for assessing the actual requirement in this regard.
- Since proposed plc panel is to be erected in the existing leaching control room, which is having false floor, successful bidder has to make arrangement for base frame erection and false floor cutout for accommodating the new control panel. Successful bidder has to make their own arrangement for moving the control panel inside the control room. Removal of aluminum channels & glasses of control room for creating the wall opening for moving the control panel is also in the scope of this job. Bidder has to fix back all hardware of the control room after erection of control panel. All civil job inside the control room will be done by ucil free of cost under contractor's supervision. Bidders are advised to visit the site to assess the nature and quantum of job for the above purpose.
Power supply distribution
Un-conditioned power shall be provided at a single point within 5 meter distance from the plc panel. The plc panel should be powered by conditioned ups which is to be supplied and installed by the bidder. Power distribution is in the scope of bidder.
Calibration and commissioning
Individual calibration and commissioning of all erected instruments, control loop commissioning is in the scope of the contractor. The panel instruments shall be calibrated according to the data sheet provided by the purchaser.
Troubleshoot the plc communication (rs 232/422/485, ethernet, usb to serial communication, modbus and etc.. We are giving solution to the software error and corruption and also we are giving guide line to the proper arrangement for your industry.
